Background
   John McCarty was elected Mayor in April, 2005. John is a native of Nauvoo and has lived in Nauvoo all of his life.

Employment
   John has owned and operated Outlaw Tee's, a shirt and sign company, for the last 24 years.

Previous Employment
   John worked in the Nauvoo Blue Cheese factory and in construction prior to that.

   Served on the Nauvoo Grape Festival Board for 25 years
